MY PROFILE As a holistic health practitioner and breathwork instructor, I look for the underlying cause by considering current physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual states of health and wellbeing.

I will then work to restore the body’s natural balance, leading to a more sustained and rewarding quality of life." So my goal is to heal, support and educate people so they are able to be independent in maintaining their own health and wellbeing. Your body has an incredible capacity to heal itself, but despite the bodies amazing self-healing abilities, sometimes it needs a little help because many different factors can sometimes inhibit the body’s natural self-healing functions.

This is where I come in and help with my intuitive healing ability, which I use as a free service in all of my treatments. I use this in a way to stimulate the natural healing ability everyone possesses. My aim is to also help individuals to develop a much deeper understanding of themselves at all levels, and once they've achieved this it enhances thier self esteem and self awearness immensely, which is great for their whole well-being.
