Monica Lingegård stepped into the role as CEO of the Swedish train operator SJ in August, in the midst of the pandemic. In this conversation, she shares her thoughts from the first challenging period on the job with the words "I'm glad this was not my first CEO job". We also talk about her previous experience as CEO of Samhall, a massive Swedish employer for people with disabilities, and how that has shaped her view on human capacity, teamwork and believing in people.
