Rise & Shine meets Carly Shankman

" Meet health coach, entrepreneur and cancer survivor, Carly Shankman. When she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer at 33, she was immediately scheduled for a traditional treatment with surgery and chemotherapy. But she wanted to try to heal in another way, without drugs.

She went to an integrative cancer clinic in Florida, where she came in contact with a biological dentist. He found huge infections from a prior root canal and titanium implants from a college accident, and this was the cause of the cancer. Once this was removed she could continue her healing treatment.
